Domain Name Sales

I can't help myself. I see a domain name with potential and I buy it. The problem is I don't always get the time to develop all the domains I buy.

What I do though is, "park them". That means they get indexed by Google, and start developing some traffic.

The benefit of that is, when it does get time to develop that domain, it already has some "history", which makes it so much easier to get a website to "rank" higher and better in the search engines.

The majority of these domains are 'parked' with various domain parking services (bodis.com, domainsponsor.com, fabulous.com, parked.com, sedo.com).

I'm steadily going through these domains and building them in to websites. Some I keep, some I sell here.

If you're looking your own business or set up a "minisite", and one of my domains "fit", you've got a head start. Your business domain will already be "live" on the search engines, receive some traffic, and be be easier to develop.

Domain name prices? An aged domain name will start from £47. The price will increase according to:

• If it has strong "key words" in the name.
• The number of "exact" searches as recorded by Google.
• It's age.
• Any earnings from parking.
• It's a name I really want to keep and develop for myself.
